Individual Membership is for cosmetic practitioners who trade as individuals and not as a company.
Cost:
£7.50 (plus vat) if you are a member of a CRS recognised professional association or you have a live Hamilton Fraser medical malpractice insurance policy.
£15.00 (plus vat) other cosmetic individual practitioners.
Company Membership is for companies who offer cosmetic services and have a clinic or ‘office’ address. The price is based on number of practitioners based at the location and the company must register and pay for all locations it trades from.
Cost:
£10.00 (plus vat) for 1-3 practitioners
£20.00 (plus vat) for 4-6 practitioners
£30.00 (plus vat) for 7-9 practitioners

If we are required to resolve an escalated complaint then the CRS fees are:
£80.00
£150.00
The fee can be taken automatically from debit card provided to pay for annual membership.
You must complete our application form which provides us with details of you or your business and checks your eligibility.
